Lack Lazuli (Derek Pederson) is a local folk singer/songwriter who incorporates nature and playfulness into his tunes. He enjoys singing alongside poetry and over bird songs he's recorded.  His rich guitar sounds come from his love for harmony of all things. New music is always brewing, you can check out his two releases "Hello Again, Sylvye" and "Trouts and Dipper".

Detroit based band Dick Texas is based around the songwriting and vision of bandleader Valerie Salerno, stretching traditional guitar-based rock sounds into new forms that exist in strange, arid landscapes. Salerno experiments with unusual instrumentation and arrangements, with songs that can come on as suspiciously straightforward, but almost always veer into wildly unforeseen territory. Dick Texas tours often, and recently released their first full-length album, All That Fall.

Jacob T. Simons is a songwriter with a gift for fearlessness. He is not afraid to make himself vulnerable as he reaches into his soul and puts to the page whatever he might find there: beauty, ugliness, truth, untruth. Whether drawing on folk, blues, or lo-fi indie rock, his understated guitar work and plainspoken candor strip the music down to its core and leave nothing hidden. He is the former leader and impresario of the progressive folk-rock collective Moon Orchids, a Michigan-based unit that released two acclaimed records and a handful of singles prior to dissolving in 2025.
