Description of Space: The space for rent is the back patio of the cafe and is equipped with a bar, stage, basic projector, and live events audio system.  The cafe and bookstore will stay open during the film festival.  This is a functioning and equipped event space with a bar, 2 bathrooms, and access to a working cafe and bookstore. During the year, the patio space functions as a lounge, a meet up place, a venue for live music, author talks, panels, and a co-working space. It is on the festival route, located at 940 Pearl Street, 4 blocks from the Boulder Theatre and the Hotel Boulderado.

Features: Bar, 2 bathrooms, coffee and pastry catering from Trident cafe, extra staff as requested, stage with mics, mixers, and speakers for live events, talks, music, and stand up comedy.  Extra features are an outdoor smoking area and alley access with parking for catering.
