About the Author:

Stephanie M. Hill is an author, an internationally recognized Lean consultant, Senior Continuous Improvement Advisor for the Cleveland Clinic, and a mother of two sons. She holds a BA in Chemistry from Kenyon College and a master’s degree in Public Health from Des Moines University. She lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with her two ginger cats. Stephanie loves to dance, read, climb, and build LEGO sets.
