• Contribute to a community canvas that will be available throughout the entire event

About ARC:

Artists’ Resistance Coalition (ARC) envisions a world where resistance is seen through the expansive lens of creativity, community, and mutual aid, guided by community input and collaboration. ARC aims to address the ways in which marginalized members of our community feel limited in how they participate in resistance.

ARC’s mission is to embody adaptive, community-driven action by providing resources to creative community leaders, addressing community-based needs, and prioritizing pathways for creative community-building.

ARC got its start when a group of Colorado artists came together to find ways to use our creative talents to organize, mobilize, and continue the fight for social change. ARC is an attempt to handle the woes of living under a fascist regime in a country that exists in deep denial of its own history, as well as the effects said history has on the people within it. ARC was born with the idea that there are many people and organizations already doing great work to serve our local communities in need of support, and creativity will be the strategy to connect our worlds of mutual aid with that of artistic adaptation.
