Four Seasons (Si Ji Chun)
This sweet and floral oolong is a relatively new varietal developed in Taiwan in the 1980s in the Lu Ku Mountains of Taichung, Taiwan. Known locally as Si Ji Chun, meaning ?four seasons,? this oolong produces a full-bodied, golden liquor with a pleasantly aromatic bouquet. Picked once during each season, the leaves are air dried before being lightly roasted and rolled. Considered one of the higher end ?everyday teas? from the region, this oolong creates a refreshing and delightful tea.
